Having just returned from a safari experience of her own, Natasha knows a thing or two about the bushveld. Her first-hand knowledge means that she is able to carefully knit together itineraries suited to her guests’ needs. Natasha selected the game-rich Mana Pools National Park in Zimbabwe, and selected two remarkable camps for her guests : Kanga and Zambezi Expeditions.
Here is Jodie’s feedback :
Hi Natasha
How are you?
We had an absolutely amazing time in Mana Pools. Our only downfall was that we weren’t there long enough! We both said 2 night’s just isn’t enough, the minimum should be 3 and we are both interested in returning in the future.
The staff at both camps were courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and beautiful, they are a big part of the experience and it was so much richer because of them.
The armchair safari at Kanga was incredible. Being able to sit a mere meter away from elephants as they drink, getting the odd bit of mud flicked our way is something that we have loved sharing with our friends and family back home. It also allowed me to capture a picture of an elephants eye I have been chasing for a long time.
Zambezi Expeditions was completely different and we loved it just as much. Lunch was interrupted by elephants feeding on the seed pods right next to the dinning tent. We had the opportunity of approaching Boswel (The elephant that rears back on his hind legs to feed) on foot and to approach lions on foot too. What a heart hammering experience that was! Our guides were amazing, they have a great understanding of the bush and the wildlife and we felt completely safe.
Thank you for your help with booking this trip, we really had a great time.
Have a lovely day
