Natasha’s guest, Lori, spent a quick 4 nights in Botswana’s exceptional Moremi Game Reserve – a wetland wilderness and is highly regarded as one of the most beautiful and bountiful wildlife areas in Africa. Lori loved her 4 nights (2 at Camp Moremi and 2 at Xakanaxa Camp) and saw everything except for our precious rhino. Read her feedback below:
Dear Natasha,
Belated many thanks for organizing such an exciting and gratifying trip! While the two camps were very close to each other, their ambiences were completely distinct, and frankly I was happy to skip the extra charter flight!
Equally great camps, although I loved how Xakanaxa Camp was right on the water, and Xakanaxa’s camp manager, Albert, was an outstanding host.
The numerous game drives offered a huge range of sightings – each drive was amazingly different – truly, I saw everything except rhino. They are cat crazy there.
I really must add that my tent at Camp Moremi was as large as a NY apartment, with foyer, armoir, lounge chair, and a fantastic tree growing in the middle. (Plus a softly growling leopard outside the ‘netting’ window). True and unique luxury.
