Client Feedback: Safari Nights & City Lights

Guests of Bretts recently travelled on a journey that began in the heart of the Sabi Sand, where days at Umkumbe Bush Lodge were filled with game drives, bushveld serenity, and unforgettable wildlife sightings. From the thrill of tracking leopards to the peaceful moments spent under starry skies, their safari experience set the perfect tone before heading south to Cape Town, a city rich in culture, coastal beauty, and culinary delights. Here is their feedback:

Hello Brett,
First of all, I would like to thank you on behalf of all of us for the amazing job that you did to plan and execute our holiday.
The journey from Joberg to Cape Town was nothing but well planned and very eventful for us.
The main highlight was no doubt the Safari and the Game drive.
Our guides, Charlie , Dean and the rest at Umkumbe Bush Lodge were lovely and took great care of us.
Our little boys loved Charlie so much that we named them Charlie’s angels 🙂
Yes, there was a little hiccup with La Splendida , and honestly we don’t blame you for that.
We are just glad and thank you that you were able to get us into Rockfeller for the last 2 days … that helped us sleep much better.
I have attached a video of the wind sounds that could be heard from our rooms at La Splendida… just for our and your amusement! (Don’t forget to put the volume in loud 🙂 )
Dayne  in Cape Town , Joyful (forgot his name) in Zimbabwe and the guide (forgot his name too) in Joberg were all amazing.
You have a good reputation with these people and I think you take extra care and go an extra mile to make each holiday a memorable one for your customers.
We are so glad that we came across you and no doubt ,you will be hearing from a lot of our friends who are excited to plan their holidays after hearing about ours.
I have also attached a photo of our group so that you can put faces to our names 🙂
Thank you again Brett for everything!
Hope to plan another African holiday in future and we will then be in touch with you again.
Best wishes
Niva and the gang!
