Natasha’s clients, Kate and Richard Tynan, enjoyed the best of the bushveld, Cape Winelands, and the ever-enigmatic Cape Town. When not spotting the big five, Kate and Richard were sampling the wines of Cape Town and enjoying a few splendid vistas of the Mother City. They also enjoyed an overnight stay in Johannesburg, which was yet another enjoyable stay.
Natasha’s choice of hotels suited her client’s budget and personality perfectly. Her guests stayed the Cape Town Hollow Hotel, Franschhoek Country House, Honeyguide Khoka Moya Camp, Chacma Bush Camp and the Peech Boutique Hotel.

Hi Natasha,
We had the most amazing trip, but suffering from major post-holiday blues today! Thank you so much for booking really wonderful hotels and lodges. I could not fault a single thing – we were so sad leaving each and every one of them.
The Cape Town Hollow Hotel was ideally located for us. We didn’t rent a car immediately and instead used either Ubers or the red city sightseeing bus to get around. When we eventually rented a car we headed down to see the penguins and on to the Cape of Good Hope. Absolutely gorgeous scenery. We then drove to Franschhoek, which is just gorgeous. The hotel was perfect – we had an incredible room overlooking the 2 outdoor pools and managed to sample a lot of wine using the tram! I wish we had booked for another night here, it didn’t seem long enough.
At the first safari camp (Honeyguide) we were the only people there for the first night so managed to have 2 private drives before other guests arrived. We had the most brilliant time and managed to see the big 5 within our first day 🙂 Chacma Bush Camp was incredible – the accommodation in a villa, the food, the staff were so friendly and so knowledgeable. I loved how Chacma was a small camp and we only had a maximum of 5 others which made meal times and drives more enjoyable.
The Peech Hotel in Johannesburg was another gem. We were so tired after the early starts on safari that we didn’t make it into the city but really enjoyed relaxing by the pool on our last day. It was the perfect end to an amazing holiday.
All the transfers worked out perfectly and made things so easy.
I honestly could not fault a single thing. It was the most fantastic holiday and I cannot thank you enough for your help. We are definitely big fans of South Africa now and are looking forward to returning in the not too distant future – I will definitely get in touch with you when the time comes.
