A Trip of a Lifetime to nThambo and Kambaku in the Greater Kruger
Corlia received feedback from her guests who visited the Greater Kruger area. They stayed in the Klaserie Private Game Reserve camp of nThambo Tree Camp before moving to the neighbouring Timbavati Game Reserve where they stayed at Kambaku Safari Lodge. Both Klaserie and Timbavati share unfenced borders with the neighbouring Kruger National Park, which ensures room for the animals to move along their centuries old migration paths. nThambo Tree Camp is a small tented safari camp with each of the 5 tents built up on decks, giving magnificent views over the bush. Kambaku Safari lodge has various chalets, including interleading rooms for families and a honeymoon suite. The camp overlooks an active waterhole which is a great attraction.

Nthambo and Kambaku were both very pleasant places to stay, each with their own charms. The staff was very friendly and helpful at both locations. The Kambaku was much nicer than I had expected.

Although I won’t be going back to Africa anytime soon, I would be sure to give you a strong recommendation to all of my friends and family that may want to make the trip.
