The Okavango and Linyanti are a bird watchers paradise
These images were taken by Kevin, who recently spent some time in the Okavango and Linyanti and Savuti areas of the Chobe National Park in Botswana and the Okavango Delta.
The Okavango and the Linyanti are home to a plethora of birds, making this area a twitcher’s paradise. There are hundreds of local and migratory birds that call this part of Botswana home. Kevin took pictures of the white fronted bee-eater, the majestic Fish eagle, woodlands and pied kingfisher, red bishops, red-billed quelea, lilac-breasted roller and more.
