A South African Holiday to Honeyguide Tented Camp and Three Boutique Hotel review
Luther sent Natasha his feedback from his South African Holiday. He saw the sights of Cape Town, then headed up to the Kruger National Park Area. He stayed in the Manyeleti Game Reserve at Honeyguide Camp and in the Timbavati at Tanda Tula. There was a misunderstanding in Cape Town, but that was sorted out and Three Boutique Hotel remains one of our favourite places in Cape Town.
Dear Natasha,
Our South African Holiday was outstanding in all respects except for the misunderstanding on our arrival at the Three Boutique Hotel. I tried to fill out a guest satisfaction form from them that they kindly requested and I made multiple edits, so I don’t know how the details finally came out. I tried to be kind but honest and not be offensive in any way.The Hyde Hotel was all I expected and worked out nicely.
The Safari at Honeyguide was even better than last year. Vaughn did a superlative job of showing us all the “expected” animals. Experience at Tanda Tula was outstanding, more elegant in ways. Animal viewing was spectacular with guide Foreman setting us up to see rare wild dogs even in a night Impala kill, fighting over it with a hyena. Leopards in both places and cheetah mom and twin cubs playing like kittens at Honeyguide.
Budget Rental needs to be commended for rescuing us within one hour near White River from two bent rims and blown tires having been forced off the road.
Blessings, Luther
