Celeste le Roux planned a trip for her guests Robert & Cristina Elliott in Kenya where they stayed at Eka Hotel and Mara Porini Camp. Rob shared the following guest feedback:
“Celeste,
We travelled safely and saw plenty of game. The game drives were very good. The guides were extremely friendly and informative. The camp was really well done. The tents were very well-outfitted, the food and drink were abundant, and the location was a beautiful and central setting.
We saw elephant, giraffe, buffalo, lion, lioness, hyena, hippo, cheetah, zebra, impala, springbok, Thomson’s gazelle, myriad forms of bird life, and of course thousands of wildebeest at the tail end of the migration. The only big five animals we did not have the luck to spot were leopard and rhino.
We only had to share the six-tent camp with two other couples, which we found to be a luxury. One of the highlights of the safari is simply flying in and out of the camp on the light aircraft, with vast views of the Rift Valley below.
