I’m writing to express how satisfied I’ve been with my Sun Safaris experience, and in particular with working with Ms. Natasha Allan.

I selected your company somewhat randomly from the internet in order to arrange a safari during my stay of several months working in a law firm here in South Africa, and it turned out to be a fortuitous choice.

Ms. Allan very capably and cheerfully exchanged numerous emails (probably over 40) with me as I sought to plan the ‘perfect’ trip as a gift for my boyfriend. She was helpful in providing personal suggestions and in helping me shape a great experience. Without exaggeration, I can say that she provided me with the most professional, able, and enthusiastic customer service I have encountered anywhere, in any country, regarding any good or service. I have been so satisfied that I emailed her this morning to thank her and to request that she provide me with a supervisor’s contact information, such that I might communicate how pleased I am with the safari we had last weekend at Simbavati River Lodge.
