Just to let you know, I have managed to recover all of the Mapula photos but have lost all of the Odd Balls Enclave pictures.
We really enjoyed our stay at these two camps. The staff were excellent and really tried hard to please us. Of course you probably know we struggled with record flooding of the Okavanga delta and Chobe river. This led to some very interesting submarine safaris!
Dudu and Mario were outstanding Rangers and all staff at Mapula were very helpful – even when a Boomslang snake landed in our Chalet!! Karen was right there and made a speedy exit needless to say! This makes a great story here in Canada.
Please let Mario and Dudu know I am still hopeful that they have the photos on the Office computer. I believe they were in a folder titled Mario’s Photos. and dated April 25th, 2011. Sample picture attached.
So I am now looking for the lost photos which are basically lots of Mokoro safaris from Oddballs. I’m pretty sure I dumped all these pictures into Marios folder for his enjoyment and use. Mario and Dudu, if you find these photos I shall certainly send money to buy a flash memory and postage for getting them to me.
